When change is imminent in an organization, there are specific steps that must be taken to develop the proper communication procedures and guidelines for the change process. Assume that you have been assigned the role of “toxic handler.”
In your paper:
• Describe the toxic handler concept.
• Explain how you will prepare to effectively handle the role.
• Discuss what you consider to be your biggest challenges. (Be sure to provide potential solutions).
Your paper should be three to four pages in length (excluding the title and reference pages). Your paper must be formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center, and it must include in-text citations and references for at least two scholarly sources, in addition to the course text.
